Content and intellectual property
All content on rctv.com — articles, infographics, the AI Video Stack, the editorial archive, and original analysis — is the copyrighted work of RCTV unless otherwise noted. We retain all rights not expressly granted under these terms.
Quotations from third-party sources (research papers, news articles, official statements, social media posts) are used under the doctrine of fair use for purposes of news reporting, commentary, and analysis. Attribution and source links are provided where applicable.
If you believe content on RCTV infringes a copyright you own, contact us at rctv.oxncw@simplelogin.com with the specific article URL, the work you believe is infringed, and your contact information. We respond to good-faith claims promptly.
Newsletter
Subscribing to the RCTV newsletter is voluntary and free. By subscribing, you consent to receive editorial content from RCTV at the email address you provide. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of any newsletter email; unsubscribing is immediate.
We do not send commercial offers, advertisements, or third-party promotions through the newsletter. The newsletter is editorial content only.
Disclaimers
RCTV’s content is provided “as is” for informational and editorial purposes. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose of any information published.
The AI video industry moves quickly. Pricing, model availability, feature sets, regulatory rules, and benchmark scores can change between when an article is published and when you read it. We do our best to update articles when material facts change, but we don’t guarantee that any specific piece is up to date as of your reading.
We do not endorse or guarantee the products, services, or claims of any third party we cover. References to specific AI models, companies, tools, or services are editorial coverage, not recommendations.
Nothing on RCTV constitutes professional advice. Don’t make investment, legal, business, or technical decisions based solely on what you read here. Consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCTV and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the newsletter. This includes (without limitation) lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages from reliance on any information published.
If applicable law does not allow the exclusion of certain damages, RCTV’s total aggregate liability for any claim related to the site or newsletter is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Third-party links
Articles on RCTV link extensively to third-party sites — research papers, official lab announcements, regulatory filings, news coverage, model documentation. We provide these links as part of our editorial work and our primary-source discipline; we don’t control the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site’s terms and privacy policy, not ours.
User-generated content
RCTV does not currently host user comments, forum posts, or other user-submitted content. If we add a community feature in the future, separate terms will apply to that feature.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or the newsletter at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the site, other readers, or RCTV’s operation. Most enforcement will be limited to scrapers, spammers, and abusive users; we don’t moderate readers based on disagreement with our editorial positions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the publication evolves or as legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the newsletter or a prominent notice on the site for at least 30 days before taking effect.
