HyperFrames is the production layer HeyGen built and open-sourced: an agent that takes a brief and returns a finished video, rendering from plain HTML/CSS/JS rather than a proprietary timeline format. It routes across HeyGen’s own production workflows by context rather than by menu, and through 2026 it has pushed further into the assembly step — including an MCP server that turns a design-tool share action into a scored, sound-designed, finished MP4.
