MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard that lets AI agents discover and call a service’s tools and data directly, without a human driving a UI. In AI video, MCP endpoints are starting to appear as a distribution layer alongside traditional APIs — RCTV tracks which vendors ship real, verifiable MCP infrastructure versus which merely claim agent-readiness.
